How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely and ship it back using the label we provided.

Return Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return if:

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed honey or bee bread. If you receive a damaged product or if there's a quality issue, please contact us immediatelyβ€”we'll replace it at no cost.

Damaged or Defective Products
