At Golden Reserve Co, we treat every order with care. Your Manuka honey ships in protective packaging designed to preserve freshness during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our Track Order page or through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Packaging
Every Golden Reserve Co order ships in eco-conscious packaging with protective padding to ensure your honey arrives safely. Our jars are double-sealed and cushioned to prevent breakage. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Golden Reserve Co is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.
