2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. All Manuka honey products sold by Golden Reserve Co are sourced directly from New Zealand and independently tested for MGO concentration. Minor natural variations in color, texture, and crystallization are normal characteristics of raw honey and do not affect quality or potency.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at hello@goldenreserveco.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-shipment options.

5. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Golden Reserve Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every jar. If you are unsatisfied, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars unless there is a quality issue. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our website regarding health benefits is based on published research and is provided for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product for therapeutic purposes. Manuka honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.
